Hard Skills vs. Soft Skills

Do you know the difference?

• Hard skills are the technical skills needed on a job; they are the things you have learned through training or education. For example; Programming, Google Analytics, SEO/SEM, Data Analytics, Languages.

• Soft skills are the inherent qualities in you that determine how you work either on your own or with others, examples are integrity, teamwork, dependability, willingness to learn, communication skills, and so on.
